There is provision for the service of people with disabilities (PWD) since they are equipped with all the necessary facilities(bathroom for disabled) From parking spaces, access to the apartments is easy, allowing the use of disabled and wheelchair users. The apartments have access from main entrance, according to the specifications. Access to the interior of the units is made with single-leaf door sliding doors 1,20 m wide.
In addition, the possibility of easy conversion of the residences into residences of future users with disabilities / disabled persons is ensured, without affecting the load-bearing structure of the building.
Access corridors with a width of at least 1.0 m are provided in all public - free areas of the plot. The floor in all configurations is non-slip, and if necessary, has a parapet and railing of a suitable height.
